The private garden of 300 square meters surrounds the villa on three sides and houses a particular outdoor shower, with hot water, very convenient for returning from the beach. There is also a barbecue and 2 large verandas, which are the continuation of the house, equipped with a large table, which seats up to 12 guests and a sitting area where you can relax while enjoying the fresh air. The house is located in a strategic position: 400 meters from the wonderful Simius beach, reachable on foot in about 10 minutes and 800 meters from the town center, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. At about 600 meters there is a playground for children. Restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets are located 2 steps from the house, which however enjoys absolute tranquility, away from any kind of confusion or noise.
