Seashore house with eat in kitchen, adjacent outdoor deck and large Florida room. There is an outdoor shower (enclosed) swimming pool and fire pit. It is only a short walk to the free beach that boast beautiful sunsets. Wonderfull restaurants just a short drive away.

GEM in the Villas!

Amazing family vacation home!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host for our first time renting through VRBO. Gary met us at check in, gave us a tour of the home, showed us how some of the appliances worked, and gave us some tips for local dining. The home was beautiful and the decor was perfect for a little shore getaway. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach or sightseeing to come back and cool down in the pool. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.

You cant get better than this!

The house, the views, the owners are all amazing! This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. We have made some pretty great memories there and will miss it greatly. Gary, thank you for such great hospitality and sharing your home with us!

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

The house is adorable and we fell in love with it. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and they loved being able to lounge and play while only being a short walk from the beach. Check in was easy and simple. Gary was awesome. We loved our stay.

Fabulous house just steps to amazing beach sunsets

The house and yard looked good in pictures but was even better in-person. Gary was an excellent host and had great recommendations for the area. Our dog loved the yard and the morning walks on the beach. Visit Cape May and Wildwood or just sit back and relax on the back deck or float in the amazing pool.

Shore Thing

House is cozy and very clean. Yard (big) is fenced in, great for our dog, and the pool is fabulous. Location is perfect for both Cape May & Wildwood beaches. Watching the sunsets from the Bay beach was awesome, only three houses away. Gary the Host is such a nice guy who was available for us whenever we needed him. We really enjoyed meeting him and staying in his home.

Great location, great stay!

We had a great week at Gary’s place! The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved the close distance to the bay so we could take lots of walks and enjoy the sunset every night. Not crowded at all! The pool was also pristine and such a treat! Can’t wait til next year 😊

Great vacation!

My family had a great time at this home. We loved that it was steps away from the beach. My young daughter loved taking the dog for walks on the beach, building sandcastles, and flying kites. The pool was bigger than we expected and felt great after a day at the beach. The house is a short drive from Wildwood and Cape May. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation!

An Oasis on the Bay Side of Cape May

This property was perfect for 4 people. Beautifully remodeled and a great location close to the Bay and away from the summer crowds. The pool was definitely a highlight as well as the sunsets. Excursions to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and Avalon a short ride away.

Fantastic property!

Great stay at bayside cottage

The house had a great setup with a large, comfortable addition room, nice deck, great pool ( larger than it looks online), nice firepit. Neighborhhood is very peaceful and bay is only a 3 minute walk away. Central location so its easy to get to all parts of the county with cape may to stone harbor all within 15-20 minutes. Good food/restaurants right in villas. Overall a good stay.

Charming!

We spent a week here- just the most charming little place. Very clean and tidy-- no lack of creature comforts, for sure! Decorated with such creativity and full of positive vibes. Beach days were amazing with such beautiful sunsets. Our host was great! Very helpful and so hospitable. Plenty of space inside and out. It's a great place to rent.

Cozy house very close to the beach

The house is so close to the beach, we were able to go there several times a day. It is a short drive to Cape May, Wildwood, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the comfortable feeling of the place. Gary was super-welcoming and accommodating.

Villas Cape May

Home was well represented by the online information. It was clean and roomy, well equipped. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and large deck.. It was a pleasure to sit on the deck or under tree around the fire pit and just relax. Gary met us on arrival and gave us a familiarization tour. Through out our stay Gary. Would answer our questions and provided good local information. House is a quick walk to the beach.. Enjoyed...

Perfection

From the minute we pulled into the driveway everything was wonderful. Gary the owner met us and went over the house. It is more beautiful in person. The pictures don't do it justice. The beach is a short 2 minute walk away with the best sunsets. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful Cottage!

We had wonderful time at this house with our two dogs. Its very close to the bay and decorated wonderfully to make you really feel that you are the beach. We enjoyed the the pool the most! The owner, Gary, is so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

Great property I'm a quiet little town a stones throw from the beach? What's not to like. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well as just a pleasure to talk with when he stopped by. All in all would highly recommend.

Wonderful family stay!

Gary (the owner) was amazing and made sure that our vacation was perfect! The house is beautiful. You can easily see how much love they put into this home. My kids of course enjoyed the pool. It was a lot bigger than I thought! Nice size yard and has a fire pit. It’s in the perfect location. Easy 2 min walk to the beach. Neighbors are the sweetest and friendly. I can’t say enough about this house, the location, Gary. The list goes on and on! If you have the opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed. We were all very sad to leave! Thank you Gary! We will see you next year!

Salt Life Heaven

If you want a beautiful, clean, cozy place that's steps away from the water look no further. Quiet area on the bay, you're steps away to the beach, where you can bring your coffee down and enjoy quiet mornings watching the sun come up and the waves hit the beach. House is close to great restaurants, as well as shopping areas. The Wildwood boardwalk was a short drive as well. The property owner is a nice guy who takes great pride in his seaside home and maintains it to perfection. We really enjoyed our stay, one of the best vacations we have taken!

Perfect!

This property was more than expected. Our stay made our vacation relaxing and hassle-free. We watched the sunset on the bay, spent relaxing time in the deck, traveled to the boardwalk, Cape May, Stone Harbor, and Avalon. This was the best vacation we had in 25 years ....our vacation house made the trip exceptional.
