"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

The hotel is a little run down and beat up with minimal amenities, the toilet seat was off its hinge, the room was very scuffed up, and there was no furniture in the room. The bathroom itself was clean as were the sheets. There were no tissues. I would expect more from a Wyndham flagged hotel."

On a recent evening, (22/May/2026) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I was using the outdoor lounge seating located on the far left side of the hotel premises. "The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!"
