"Stayed Monday–Friday for school. This did not deliver on the “residential style” promise. My room was never properly cleaned. Only a quick midweek refresh with new washcloths, didn’t change sheets or clean anything. When I asked housekeeping to clean, I was told I had only signed up for a refresh, which was never explained or presented to me at check-in. I ended up taking out my own trash and making my own bed the entire stay. The location was decent, but that’s about it. Breakfast was below...

Should have had a room w/2 beds & only had a king with a pullout couch. The mattress on the pullout was about maybe 3 inches thick & felt like it was made of cardboard. Definitely would not recommend this hotel especially because the room was about $400!!!"
