Also just a short 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Bologna. The staff on reception were polite, professional and helpful. But the bar staff were exceptional! Great customer service, every drink was served with a little snack which was a fab touch! The room however was extremely basic and could do with a little TLC. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home.
