"Used to be a great place.
Staff was ok. Kim was awesome.
During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way.
Internet was almost unusable.
Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why.
2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my...

"The price was good and the room was clean. The hotel could use some updates but overall it was fine for a pre cruise stay and cheaper than staying in Seattle. The breakfast filled our stomachs before we left. It had standard breakfast fare and was decent. It had a waffle station, sausage, potatoes, eggs and pastries. There was also toasters with bread and a cooler with boiled eggs and yogurt."

Perfect location for grabbing the light rail into Seattle.
Easy to find, lots of parking, mall nearby.
2 queen room had a great layout - I love when the mirror and sink are separated from the toilet/shower - more people can get ready at once.
Beds were comfy.
Only problem was the Wifi - it was weak and my phone would not stay connected. The IT staff tried restarting the router and suggested some trouble shooting for me but it did not improve ( I was on 3rd floor).

"It was a great stay. Nice hotel. Front desk were nice & helpful. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the heat/cool unit was controlled by the wall control and it was just a blank screen so it was either freezing when ac was on or warm when its off because I couldnt adjust the temperature but other wise amazing!"

"Stayed with family of 5. While the sofa bed isn’t comfortable (feels like laying on a bar) the overall stay was great anyway. Enjoyed the pool and our families favourite is always a great selection of breakfast choices."

"It was close to the airport and the hotel had a shuttle that took us to the airport at 4 am.
Also the hotel had cold breakfast open up at 3 am and hot food for breakfast was 5 am. Rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family "
