Viatges a Viera North

Good hotel

The check in experience was terrible. The team member in the front desk was very hostile and kind of rude. The room was clean but outdated.

We have been staying here since 2019. Since then the property and rooms have definitely gone down hill. Let’s start with the cleaning staff. They tell you check in time is at 4pm! Never ever once has our rooms been ready at this time!! The lobby is full of people waiting for hours to get their rooms. We are talking 6-7pm by the time you get a room and you have to keep checking with them or they will forget you! The rooms need upgrades desperately very dated. This room we just stayed in was the worst one ever on the 24th floor! Beds are hard as bricks. Staff are not helpful! The location to Disney Springs is great! Just a couple minutes walk and you’re in. This was our last stay here! We will not be staying here again! Being a Hilton Honors Member doesn’t get you anything here they don’t even say thank you! Very disappointing as this could be a gem of a hotel. Poorly managed clearly! Find another hotel!
