"The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You."

"Very nice property! Spacious rooms, great host"

"Home was in a great location and looked just like the listing . There was everything we needed to keep ourselves entertained for the 4 days we were there .I had a few questions and the owner responded in a timely fashion and was easy to work with. Crabbing was a hit with everyone ,we will be back ."

"The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us. My grandson enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. We rented bikes nearby and went for a nice bike ride around Blackwater Refuge. Loved the sunrises and sunsets and the extremely peaceful location. We even had a little visitor. My grandson named the little kitty Hooper. "

"We had some Beautiful and calm days in a nice House with all you Need for nice days. We loved the Crab House with all These fun things like Billards. We Catched crabs and cooked them, very Tasty! "

"Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. Several members of our party enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the creek. The boys enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We also...

"We had wonderful time at the house. Location was perfect and the pool was great hit with everyone. We rented a speedboat for 2 days which was delivered at the dock.There was plenty of space for 20 people. Plan on renting this home again. "

"The place was very clean and in the most perfect spot in downtown Cambridge. We had a wedding walking distance from this place. Jen is a very responsive and accommodating host!"

"My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! "

"House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath "

"This home was everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean and a beautiful location! There was a leak in the ceiling and the owners were very responsive and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this stay."
