"Host was very friendly and easy to work with. The house was very comfortable and clean. The host even had some snacks set out for us from the nut place down the road. I would definitely recommend stopping in there to pick up some yummy treats. On arrival you will be greeted by Oreo, the barn cat. He is super friendly and always came running when we were outside. I would recommend staying here, i know i will next time i am in Vienna!"

"We rented this house for a night to accommodate guests for my daughter's wedding on 11/8/25. It is GORGEOUS! Right on Lake Blackshear, with beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house. Very spacious- there were 10 guests total, but definitely room for more. Debbie was extremely gracious and very quick to answer any questions I had. If you're going to spend time in the Cordele/Warwick/Lake Blackshear area, this is the place to be!! My daughter, her husband and guests were so pleased...
