Highly recommend for your Vienna visit!

I stayed here for 2 weeks to visit the city and had a wonderful time. The host responded quickly to questions and was very welcoming. Check-in was very fast and covered all the apartment amenities. This is a safe and quiet residential location right next to the Augarten park. The property description accurately describes the apartment and all the amenities. Overall, it is a quiet and safe location—very spacious for a couple or solo traveler. The apartment has helpful info on getting around and excellent tourist guides for Vienna and surrounding areas. As noted on other reviews and the site, it is located on the 3rd floor (keeping in mind this is a historical building). The steps are short in height and there is a handrail on all stair flights, so it shouldn’t be a problem unless there are mobility issues. Two options for bus transit very close to the apartment make it a convenient location to travel/transfer to most major sightseeing locations. 4-5 minutes walk to Wallenstrein Platz and 2 minutes to Karl-Meißel Straße stop around the corner next to Augarten. There is a Billa (small grocery store) about 2 blocks away. Quick tip—these and most other stores close on Sunday, so plan accordingly if that is your arrival day. Bakeries, sightseeing attractions, and some restaurants are open on Sundays. There are lots of options for cafes, restaurants, and shopping—some on the same street, but more around Wallenstein platz. Would recommend it to other visitors!

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung können wir absolut empfehlen. Schon der freundlicher Empfang der Vermieterin bei Anreise war toll. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit U-/S-Bahn oder Bus leicht zu erreichen. Die Stationen befinden sich Nahe am Haus. In der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Park. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Kaffee, Tee alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.Stock, da hat mein jeden Tag gleich noch ein wenig Bewegung. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einladender Umgebung

Sehr netter, persönlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin (wir konnten die Wohnung schon vor der angegebenen Check in-Zeit beziehen). Ihre Infos und Tipps zur näheren Umgebung wie auch zur ganzen Stadt waren uns Stadtunkundigen wirklich sehr willkommen und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage im dritten Stockwerk war für uns absolut kein Problem, könnte aber für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen eines sein. Die niedrige Stufenhöhe und die seitlichen Handläufe erleichtern das Treppensteigen allerdings deutlich. Hervorheben möchten wir die gute Lage der Wohnung direkt neben dem Augarten, einem weitläufigen Park mit Restaurants und anderen Attraktionen. Zusammengefasst: Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter. aha
