"Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

"What a great spot, right on the river! The house was clean and has the perfect layout with all the living areas facing the river. There is also plenty of room for boat parking if you're bringing a toy or 4. The hosts made themselves available even late at night, we will be coming back :). "

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. "This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "Had everything we needed for a great stay, 10 minutes away from the stores, quite neighborhood, space to park a boat, would definitely stay again, and owner had great communication the entire trip, thank you. "

"House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. "

"One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage. "

"This house is beautiful! Tons of room for 4 couples to comfortably share the space and enjoy an epic weekend. Sabrina was lovely to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. My favorite feature of the house is the patio where we all gathered to relax and watch the boats cruise by. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!"

"The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. The house stayed very cool in the heat of the summer and everyone had a nice bed. The pool table downstairs also added some unexpected fun. We used the grill every night and brought our own boat and jet skis. The house is right on the main channel which lends itself to beautiful views. "
