"The hotel itself has redeeming qualities, particularly the friendly and professional staff at both the breakfast area and front desk. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We went FIVE straight nights without any housekeeping service whatsoever. We raised the issue twice with the front desk, and on both occasions we were assured housekeeping would come. It never did. Spending five nights reusing the same towels over and over is unacceptable, and we ended up having to buy our own soap...

"The room was very clean. I’m so glad I didn’t have to ask for clean sheets and blankets. The lady with the dark curly hair was nice. The one with the ginger hair not so warm. The man during the night seemed a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast staff were nice and confident. That was nice to see."

"The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. This was the first hotel that I've stayed at without loud people at night or children running around. Besides the people standing outside smoking and random people yelling at us, the hotel was very nice."

"We love this hotel, but there were a lot of college age kids on our floor. Running up and down, screaming at midnight still awake banging on the walls, clanking ice next-door in the room next-door until 4 o’clock in the morning. I’m not sure why they decided to put two old people on the same floor in the only room that wasn’t occupied by 20-year-olds."

"Excellent hospitality service. At checking in staff were polite and respectful. Breakfast meal is family friendly if you are traveling with young children. Gym could use some upgrades."

"Kinda bummed that there were no microwaves in the rooms and that the swimming pool was permanently closed as it was shown in the pictures. But overall, good stay!"

"Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink."
