"I found my stay to be a tale of two different stories. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There were stains on the walls and a pillowcase. The bed was comfortable. The elevator didn't work.
The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.
Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par."

"The hotel itself is clean, affordable, and has reasonable pricing for parking ($15 per overnight). There’s also a free shuttle to get to the Mall of America or the hotel and back. Staff members were all so nice, too. Complimentary breakfast was decent - not just some sad 2-3 item selection. Definitely worth staying here and I highly recommend it!"
