"Very quaint house. It was exactly as described and fir our needs very well. "

The hosts thought of everything for comfort: tiny bedside fans, towels, shampoo and soap, bug spray, even a lap desk for working or reading. The kitchen was wonderful and fully equipped, complete with a Nespresso machine. "Super clean place, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The access to the covered dock was great for our boat. The landscaping on the property is beautiful, the water fountain feature in front of the cabin is a nice place to sit and relax once the sun goes down. Will definitely be back in the future! "

"Overall we had a good time during our week here. The weather was cool for August and we had some rain but we still spent a lot of time on the water. This is a very quiet part of the lake on a side creek. The dock was good for swimming and we had no issues mooring a 25 foot tritoon there. The interior of the house was more dated than we expected but things still worked and it was clean. There is a very nice new big screen TV. The outside of the home did not look as if it had been cleaned...

"This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it again!The property is clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!!"

"All good in Bracey! From the house to the pier to the grounds and surrounding area, everything was excellent! Would return in a minute. "

"We loved our stay at this property! My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the sun on the deck and private dock. The outdoor amenities were great. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and tools, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking in due to the keyless entry getting jammed. We were not able to get into the home until a couple hours after check-in since the host was out of town. However, Andrew was very...
