The proximity to Paddington was the key to choosing this hotel and the service provision to cater to that need was absolutely fine. Good with easy checkout options and codes to the doors.

Hotel was very well located and your friendly staff were very accommodating.

Basic, but clean, comfortable and recently redone rooms, No lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs and carry your bag to the summit. (This is true of all the hotels in the area that were built back in the day.) The staff is friendly, helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations nearby. The price is reasonable and the location is *fantastic*! You are steps from Paddington, there are plenty of decent restaurants and pubs nearby and you are only a short walk from Kennsington Gardens and Hyde Park. Other touristy attractions like the British Museum, Big Ben, War Rooms, etc are close enough to walk to. Highly recommend,
