"The check-in was a breeze and the front desk person couldn’t have been kinder. She helped me map out the easiest route to my room so I didn’t have to trek outside in the cold, rainy weather. Huge win. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to the wonderful lady running the breakfast area. She was truly AMAZING and had the whole space running like a warm, welcoming machine. My room was spotless and really well set up. The separated bedroom in the queen suite...

"The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!"

"Room was clean, cozy, and had a small fridge. There’s a “shared kitchen” that was listed but it’s really just access to a microwave. Breakfast was sufficient and had healthy options. Staff was lovely. Great location for walking to dinner etc. Property had a washer and dryer for guest to use- very helpful"
