"We had a last-minute stay due to appointments the next day at Children’s Hospital Mpls. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with our request of a delayed our checkout time to support our doc appointment times. It meant a lot to us to be able to have a homebase between appointments.
The hotel room is basic. The bathroom has enough room for the toilet and a tub. The sink is outside of the bathroom, which is helpful for getting ready in the morning. And the breakfast was plenty to...

"Nice hotel in its price bracket.
Note: it is on a very busy street and parking is challenging. It isn’t possible to park in front of the hotel, unload, and bring belongings in. They give you a parking pass but it is about 3/4 -1 block to the off site parking in a dark, unsecured lot. This must be miserable in the winter. For this you are charged $25 a night, which seems unwarranted. There is a small lot behind the hotel but it was always full. Covered parking belongs to an adjacent hotel....

"Clean room but terribly uncomfortable bed. There was construction noise that woke me from a restless night of sleep since the bed was so terrible. I basically felt like I was sleeping on a box spring since I could feel every spring in the mattress. Great location but it seems they have let some updates fall by the wayside"
