Perfect location away from downtown - peaceful and serene and the property beautiful! Host was extremely hospitable and very responsive. The layout of the apartment was perfect and very comfortable - felt like home. Close to walking trails, the lagoon, and wildlife. We would 10/10 stay here again. Loved it!

Beautiful location over looking the lagoon & ocean with amazing sunrise.We were fascinated with the several ships passing by.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed The waterfront was within walking distance and there were several shops a short drive away.We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning! Comfortable, clean and quite a charming place to stay. Jayne was an amazing host and if I ever find my way back will definitely be checking the availability of this cozy retreat.

What a lovely place! Everything was perfect, the kitchen is stocked with all the items needed. The wine and chips were a pleasant surprise as well as coffee pods for the Keurig. The beds are very comfortable, and nice cozy blankets for relaxing on the sofa. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely Oasis with us. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

This is a lovely property in and out. We enjoyed our time there very much. Jayne is a wonderful host and she definitely goes above and beyond. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We could see the ocean across the lagoon behind this property, so this was nice. We arrived on The Island in the off season, so not all island attractions were available to us.

Colwood retreat

This is a gem of a place to stay. The close proximity to interesting places to visit and the advantage of being next door to a bird and wildlife sanctuary is a big plus. Our host Jayne made us feel welcome and we would use her place again.

Lovely place!

We had a brilliant time, Jayne was the perfect host. There was a beautiful garden and view of the lagoon and the unit was very comfortable and clean and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Lovely property, close to beach/bird sanctuary. The property was perfect for a sisters visit to Victoria. Comfortable and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful with our questions about the area. We would stay here again if we come back to the Victoria area. All in all an excellent experience!
