The room was lovely, there was yogurt, cheese and mandarins in the fridge in the room, and muffins were also provided, it was nice to be able to lounge in the room instead of going downstairs. "Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"There wasn’t a coffee maker when we arrived, and the one later provided was leaking. We had to request another one afterward. It also felt like the appliances weren’t properly maintained, and there were no cupboards in the kitchen. They provided the hotel extension number information, but there was no phone in the room. Had to contact them by email because nobody answered the hotel phone number. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work well, and the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there...

"Loved the updated room with kitchen dining table, and nice view of water and dock. Room service was prompt and food warm and plentiful. My only dings were the underground parking which was hard to navigate and where we parked the trunk on our car hit a pipe and sustained a defect in paint. The other thing was the small toiletries for shower."
