Set over 15 meters from the main house—ensuring total peace for those relaxing indoors—the outdoor space is designed for all-day living. All outdoor space has wifi.
• The Pool: A lake-like infinity pool (10m long, 3-3.5m wide and 1.4m deep) with a shallow ledge perfect for paddling kids or sitting with a book. Fully gated for peace of mind and nicely led lighted at night. External hot & cold shower. Pilates/Yoga mat and some inflatables available.
• Outdoor Kitchen & Gazebo: Fully illuminated at night, the wooden gazebo features a custom reclaimed-wood kitchen (mini-fridge, 2-burner induction cooktop, sink, power outlets, and unbreakable outdoor tableware). Dining table comfortably seats 8–10 guests, ideal for pleasant meals or working outdoor
• Gated Comfort & Grounds: Relax in hammocks strung through the olive grove, including one beneath our centuries-old olive tree. The patio terrace and pool areas are fully gated and wifi covered.

The House

Combining traditional Tuscan architecture—terracotta tiles, exposed wood beams, and a grand stone fireplace—with modern conveniences. All house has air-conditioning and wifi. All windows have mosquito nets.
• Ground Floor: Features a fully equipped kitchen (5-burner induction stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine & dish washer, and 4-seater breakfast bar) along with a spacious 60sqm living and dining area with a 8 seater wooden table. An open archway leads to a cosy reading lounge with sofas and two armchairs. Includes a full bathroom with hand-painted tiles.
• Upper Level: Three peaceful bedrooms—one ensuite queen with a dedicated workspace, a second queen bedroom adjacent to a full bathroom, and a flexible third bedroom with two single beds extendable in a queen bed. Bathrooms showcase handmade ceramic sinks set on custom olive-wood vanities.
