  • Il Pozzo Incantato es la escapada perfecta para amigos, parejas o familias que buscan relajarse y desconectar del bullicio. El apartamento está ubicado en el corazón del pueblo, a pocos pasos de bares, pizzerías, tiendas y transporte público.

    Un autobús local conecta el pueblo con la estación de tren más cercana, Vico Equense , a 8 km (aproximadamente 20 minutos). Desde allí, se pueden tomar trenes directos a Sorrento , Pompeya y otros destinos importantes. Vico Equense también ofrece una hermosa playa. Gracias a su ubicación estratégica en las colinas de la costa sorrentina, este apartamento es el punto de partida ideal para explorar numerosos lugares turísticos populares.

    Ubicado en el encantador pueblo de Moiano , a Il Pozzo Incantato se accede desde la entrada principal del edificio. El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta y se accede por una escalera exterior de unos 40 escalones desde el aparcamiento.

    Lo más destacado de la propiedad es su amplia terraza de 60 m² equipada con mesa de comedor, sillas, tumbonas, sombrilla, barbacoa y ducha exterior. Desde aquí, podrá disfrutar de impresionantes vistas de la bahía de Nápoles y las montañas de Faito.

    En el interior, encontrará una luminosa cocina abierta y un salón (25 m²) con un mobiliario moderno y acogedor. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama doble y acceso directo a la terraza (3 escalones). La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavadora, nevera-congelador, dos placas eléctricas, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua y una mesa con sillas. Esta habitación también incluye aire acondicionado/calefacción y caja fuerte.

    Hay dos habitaciones dobles , ambas accesibles desde el salón.

    El dormitorio principal (13 m²) tiene una cama doble, aire acondicionado/calefacción y una ventana con una hermosa vista al mar.



    El segundo dormitorio (11 m²) tiene vistas a la montaña, aire acondicionado/calefacción y puede disponerse con una cama doble o dos camas individuales.



    El baño incluye dos lavabos, inodoro, bidé y ducha con mampara. Se accede desde el salón.

    Recomendamos venir en coche para mayor comodidad y flexibilidad. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un aparcamiento privado y cerrado.

    Para los amantes del senderismo y las caminatas, hay guías locales disponibles para excursiones increíbles como el Sendero de los Dioses , la ruta de Santa Maria del Castello a Positano y caminatas panorámicas por el Monte Faito con vistas a la bahía de Nápoles. Beautiful Renovated Apartment with a Central Location

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying at this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed. Tonino (the owner) was an amazing and welcoming and friendly host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to easily visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi coast towns. The roads around the entire Amalfi coast area are winding and narrow, but we adapted to it quickly. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the people in the village are friendly, and the apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. We can't say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, etwas ab vom Schuss

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig angelegt mit einem riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, sie ist lediglich zum Frühstück geeignet. Moiano ist ein Bergdorf und nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, Auto ist ein Muss, man sollte außerdem gut zu Fuß sein. Es gibt hier kleine Supermärkte, eine Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants. Sowohl Alfonso, der Verwalter, wie auch der Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Alfonso kennt sich in der Gegend super aus und hatte viele gute Tipps.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in den Bergen

Hervorragende Wohnung in den Bergen von Vico Equense. Toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Eigentümer Roberta und Tonino sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und absolut zuvorkommend. Wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Alles was man braucht findet man nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Für uns als Standort perfekt. Mit etwas Fahrzeit konnten wir Neapel, Pompeji, Sorrent und die Amalfiküste besuchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wundervolles Kampanien

Wohnung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben! Große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Supernette Vermieter Roberta und Tonino, Alfonso von der Agentur stand auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, mehrere Restaurants. Lovely retreat in a real community

We enjoyed the lovely and very well presented property as well as Moiano and its bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, butchers and very friendly, polite and helpful residents very much. One of the best holidays we had, and so nice to come back from a day at a touristy place such as Pompeii or Amalfi to "our" village and the fantastic terrace to watch the sun go down. Thank you, and thank you Alfonso for being a perfect host.

An amazing experience

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Il Pozzo Incantato in Moiano. The view from the large terrace down to the bay of Naples is beautiful. Alfonso was extremely helpful and kind and always available. Also a big thank you to Tonino who was a wonderful and kind host. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore the area. We would all stay again at Il Pozzo Incantato without hesitation.

Fantastic stay !

The apartment is fantastic. It is very modern and stylishly furnished and it is spotless clean. From the huge terrace you have a breathtaking view towards the sea and the nearby mountains. The church tower is at eye level and always tells the time. We especially liked that the apartment is close to the central marketplace of the beautiful village of Moiano. So you can walk down a few steps to buy things in the small grocery store. The owner on site is very very friendly and helpful and has an open ear for all questions. The place is particularly suitable if you appreciate the tranquility of a village and still want to get easily to the sights of the area (eg Sentiero degli dei, Pompei, Naepel, Postiano, Vico Equense, Herculaneum). If we were to come to this area again, we would definitely check in at this address again. Thank you for everything, it was wonderful !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial grâce à l'accueil formidable qui nous a été fait et à la gentillesse de Tonino et sa famille. Appartement confortable et chaleureux au coeur d'un village avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants.

Great view and near to the best pizza

It was great to experience the hospitality of Tonino’s family - we got a huge basket with fresh local vegetables and all our wishes and questions were fulfilled immediately:). The near located Pizzeria “Taxi” offered the best pizza ever!!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in herrlichem Ambiente!

Tolles und geräumiges, modernes Loft-Apartment, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die große Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und die Berge. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt auf dem Grundstück. Mit 3 Kindern optimal - fernab vom Trubel und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur über Alfonso war sehr gut, unkompliziert und angenehm. Der Eigentümer Tonino und seine Familie waren großartig und haben uns mit vielen Kostproben aus ihrem Garten, mit leckeren italienischen Spezialitäten und mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge in die herrliche Umgebung versorgt, so dass wir dort eine wundervolle Zeit verbrachten. Weil es uns so gut gefiel, haben wir den Aufenthalt noch verlängert.

A beautiful apartment

Alfonso was such a good host, along with his sister and Tonio we were well looked after. The property is very new, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time staying in Moiano, it is just a bit out of the way however a great little town where everyone is very friendly. There is a supermarket, a few restaurants and bars as well as a gelato shop, a great escape from the touristy areas. It’s relatively easy to get the bus down to Vico Equense, just timetables are a little confusing. Overall, we had a great time in this apartment and were well provided for by Alfonso and his family.
