With seven spacious bedrooms, two inviting living rooms, a generously sized office, and four complete bathrooms, there’s ample space for everyone to unwind. Eleven cozy beds, including three king-size beds and eight single beds, ensure that every guest feels right at home.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, and all indoor amenities. The Portugal Active concierge service is available 24/7 to cater to all your needs, such as organizing local excursions or booking private chef services. Please request any service at least 72 hours in advance. To heat the pool, notify us at least 5 days before your arrival.

- During the high season (May to October), the heated pool is regularly maintained to ensure the best experience for guests.

- In the low season (November to April), the pool remains operational with regular maintenance, ensuring comfort and quality year-round.

- During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.

- *To use the heated pool, available at an additional cost of €70 per night, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required, and heating must be requested at least 4 days before arrival.

For those travelling by public transport, the property offers easy access: Darque train station (Minho Line) is located 1.5 km away, with taxis available. The “Cabedelo” bus stop (Transcolvi, Viana do Castelo Urban Line) is just 200 metres from the property. Free parking is available both on the property and on the street.
