"We reserved a King accessible room and it was not. They attempted to switch rooms, but that was not accessible either. Then they attempted to find a shower chair as we needed one due to a prosthetic leg and no chair to be found. The walls were thin and we could hear the people above us walking back and forth. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean."

"The sky suite was awesome, from the fireplace to the steam shower I enjoyed my stay unlike any other hotel. Located just a few minutes walk to the falls it is the perfect place to vist Niagara Falls. I even walked from the hotel into Canada across the Rainbow bridge. The bed was excellent and after a long day of sightseeing I slept well. "

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel,, property and rooms were very clean. The hot tub was awesome! The king size bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Complementary breakfast was better than a lot of other places I have stayed. Coffee and tea were available all day. I would definitely definitely stay at this play again! We also got room for a great price on Expedia. Very close to Niagara Falls and other places to go. It was very inexpensive. I totally recommend this place...

"The recent upgrades to this property have really improved it. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are well laid out. The breakfast room is much larger and brighter and offers many more options. Pricing was still reasonable. We have family in the area and stay fairly regularly. This was the best experience."

"Such a beautiful historic building. The staff is really nice and the room was top notch. We even got complimentary wine and cheese upon arrival . Also Jetted tubs are always a plus for me !! Great location too with the falls being literally across the street. Really enjoyed my stay here !!"

"We had a lovely and spacious double queen room. It was very clean indeed. I will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to all types of travellers! There are security guards at several access points including at the entry points to the casino, and at the elevator entrance to the hotel, which was very appreciated, so the general public cannot access the hotel floors. "The people working at the hotel are very nice. The room was not terrible, but it did need a good cleaning of the floor and the sides of the bed. I read another review that said the same thing about the floors. I’m not sure why they don’t want to clean them more. Otherwise, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. "

"Alisa at check in was great. Missing lightbulbs in the room was weird. TV difficult to operate - bad remote? Kept losing signal. Breakfast staff presence did not allow for either quiet nor private dining - had to go up to our room for either/both. Loud talking, hovering in the actual and small dining area. Couldn’t hear the tv due to constant chatter with coworker(s). Just seemed like the guests were intruding on the staff. Sorry for the poor review. "
