"Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. "

We waited an hour & 20 minutes in the lobby for our vehicle ... kept checking with front desk and they kept telling me it was on the way. 6 other vehicles showed up in front who requested after us. I had to threaten to call the cops and they miraculously found my keys. "

"Overall, the hotel is comfortable, especially the room. The hotel is older and undergoing some upgrades which should help the appearance. The desk clerks were always in the back room and didn't greet guests when they were coming in or leaving. We stayed at several hotels during our two-week trip, and this was the only one where the desk personnel were routinely not at the desk.
