"The structure has a ton of character and the hotel is very centrally located. However, I would expect a higher level of service from an establishment boasting a Michelin key. For example, when we vacated the rooms and had to store out luggage for a little while longer (as we still wanted to enjoy the city of Florence), they didn't have a safe deposit box for us to leave our passports and valuables at, and we had to carry them with us. This is a basic requirement from any reasonable hotel."

"This is the place to stay while you are in Florence Italy. Located right next to the famous Pontevecchio bridge. The staff accommodate you with whatever you need from transportation to suggestions for restaurants. There are so many choices for breakfast, kept us full most of the day."
