Charming holiday home with swimming pool and shared activities in Agger

This cozy holiday home in Agger Havn Holiday Center was built in 1992 and modernized in 2020. Here you wake up to a fjord view and the water just 100 meters from the door, which creates a rare combination of tranquility, closeness to nature and modern comfort. With space for 6 people, the apartment is ideal for families or couples who want a relaxing holiday with a view, light and air around them.



The holiday center offers a wealth of free shared facilities for both children and adults. Here you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and sauna or be active with table tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, petanque, a football field and a large playground. There is also the possibility to play billiards for a fee, as well as a practical coin-operated laundry with both washing machines and dryers.



Please note that the swimming pool is open from Easter until week 42.



For guests with electric cars, there are 4 charging stations (11 kW) set up, so you can easily charge during your stay.



The home is peacefully located with a view of the water, as a living part of the holiday atmosphere. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee on the terrace and hear the birds in the quiet area, while you plan the day's excursions. It is only 100 meters to the water and 100 meters to a restaurant, so you can easily combine swimming, walks along the coast and cozy dinners out. Shopping is approx. 1600 meters away, which makes it easy to get everything you need for your vacation.



Inside, you are greeted by a bright and functional house area of 60 square meters, where everything is decorated with a focus on relaxation and practicality. The open living area creates a comfortable setting for shared meals and cozy evenings in front of the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, 10-liter freezer and a coffee machine - perfect for both quick holiday meals and long mornings. The house has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds, so everyone gets a good night's sleep.



Outside, a lovely terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy the sun, grill dinner and let your vacation unfold at your own pace. There is room to sit outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the open view of the water. For the youngest guests, there is both a cot and a high chair, so the whole family can relax without any hassle.



Practical facilities such as wireless internet, cable TV, Danish TV and German TV make the stay comfortable for both children and adults. There is also an energy-saving heat pump that can also function as air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
