The Arena and Juliet's house are within walking distance with a pleasant stroll. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and tobacco shops, a supermarket just 5 minutes away. Bus stops in the immediate vicinity and allows you to quickly reach Verona station!


The space The apartment is located on the top floor of a 70's building.
It consists of an open space area with a corner kitchen and a very spacious living room, equipped with two French windows to access the balcony. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube for the joy of adults and children.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee pod machine, various utensils and a dining table for up to 6 people.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with king-size beds, perfect for a quality rest after a long day of visiting the artistic beauty of this wonderful city.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

It also has a Wi-Fi connection with fiber optic, fast and perfect for smart working.

Free and paid public parking is available nearby.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, and is the ideal accommodation for families, friends and business trips.

Guest access
10 minutes on foot from Castel Vecchio Museum and the Arsenal.

15 minutes on foot from Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena.

20 minutes from Juliet's House and Piazza delle Erbe.

5 minutes on foot from the bus stop 61, 62 that take you to Verona Train Station and other directions.

There are several paid street parking lots with blue stripes and free with white stripes.

Other things to keep in mind
Before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the online registration procedure in which you must:
• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie of the main guest, as proof of the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement;
• the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.

In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several appliances at the same time (e.g. air conditioning and washing machine) the power goes off.

In addition, if you have specific requests regarding beds, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before arrival). For example, if you want to book for 3 people, only the 2 double beds will be prepared, not the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, note that the extra linen has an additional cost of €25.00 to be paid directly to us.
