  • Aislado cabaña de playa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con acceso privado a la playa del océano y enclavado entre los robles en Summerplace, ubicado en la tranquila isla Orquídea. Una cuadra corta y media a pie (8 casas) a lo largo de un camino de conchas de mar a acceso privado a la playa escriturada. Muy cerca del histórico Jungle Trail, el Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Pelican Island, el distrito de compras y restaurantes de Vero Beach y el Disney's Vero Beach Resort. La zona ofrece excelentes actividades de surf, kayak y pesca por todas partes.

    Completamente remodelado, casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con pisos de madera y paredes y techos de ciprés. Las áreas de estar al aire libre incluyen 2 porches cubiertos y una gran terraza trasera abierta. Gran dormitorio principal con baño privado, vestidor y una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen size y baño privado. Hay dos sofás cama tamaño queen para huéspedes adicionales, ubicados en la sala de estar y la sala familiar. El comedor cuenta con una gran banqueta incorporada personalizada con capacidad para hasta 10 personas. La nueva cocina de planta abierta da a la habitación familiar, que incluye una zona de estar que rodea la chimenea. La sala de estar alberga cómodos asientos alrededor de un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "montado en la pared. Ducha exterior y kayaks disponibles para su uso.

Property was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Not to far from the beach. Stairs going down to the beach so be prepared if you have a cart. Stairs were manageable and the beach was great and seperate fromn the nearby public beaches.

We had an amazing weekend! House was perfect! It was a quick and easy walk to beach. The neighborhood was calm and quiet! The beach was clean and was not crowded.

Wonderful beach cottage-well stocked, roomy, comfy bed, good appliances and baths. Weather was cold and wet for a few days and staying inside wasn’t an issue.

Relaxing getaway close to beach

We enjoyed a lovely weeklong stay in mid-May. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was just a short 5 minute walk to what felt like a private beach. We would love to visit again!

We greatly enjoyed our escape to this adorable “Old Florida” style home. A quiet & friendly neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach. Honestly, it is much roomier in person than the photos on here reflect. We also had reason to request help from the property manager and he was so helpful & very quickly took care of the situation. Book with confidence!

Such a great time at the Beach House at Summerplace! The beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect for gathering. It was really clean inside, nice water pressure and the AC worked (which is always a plus in Florida)! Would love to stay here with my family again if the chance comes.
