"Self-check in and communication leading up to check in was great. Simple instructions for access. The building is old (of course, since its historic Savannah), but modernized and renovated to where it becomes a very vibrant blend of old and new. Some of the items in the unit (ones we didn't use or need) were in need of replacement like cookware and some of the other utensils, etc. but that didn't bother us. The building can be a bit noisy from unit to unit or from outside, but it was quiet when...

"A step back in time with modern day amenities. It’s a definite WOW factor walking through that door. Honestly, I would live there in a heartbeat, minus the noise from the bar behind us. Now I see why you have earplugs available! But I had a sound machine that ended up drowning out the noise for most of it. We are definitely looking forward to a return. Bed so cozy, shower so powerful, living area is peaceful!"

"The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone."

"Very comprehensive in terms of what is provided, everything we needed was available. While it was not modern, could use some updating, everything was usable and clean. Felt like a home. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood."

"Great little apartment right in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. Easily walk to shops and dining. A little noisy late in the evening but they’ve provided noise machines on each side of the bed to help drown out the street noise. Apartment was supplied with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. "

"The place was right in the beach. It was clean and everything worked…coffee maker, dishwasher, washer. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. The location is perfect for all things Tybee. Only complaint is that access onto the beach is not easy…big, steep drop, no stairs. Totally recommend this place."

"This was a perfect place for our vacation! The facilities around the condo and inside the condo itself were very clean. It also felt like a safe location with lots of kind people around. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from our balcony SEVERAL times. The private pool and beach were lovely. The rest of the island was amazing as well! Highly recommend!"

"We found the island to be a magical experience and the house was wonderful. We had 9 children age 4-13 and 7 adults. Everything was great. There are primarily 5 bedrooms and a great room but just a pull out couch. It would have been great to have kings in all the bedrooms but we loved the house. The host Karla was really helpful"

"Garden apt. was super clean & just as advertised. Very cozy in a beautiful neighborhood. This was our first trip to Savannah and it was in the perfect location, lots of things to do within walking & short driving distance. Hosts also made helpful recommendations of things to do. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!"
