"Very nice property. I would have liked to have known that there would be other occupants staying in a separate, locked downstairs apartment. That part was not listed in our agreement so entire home should be removed from listing. Having the other occupants had my family parking in the street which was fine but I prefer to be parked in a driveway. "The locTipn was quiet and perfect for our 4 night stay. The host was reaponsive and very helpful. The host even had several disposable tooth brushes and other items in the event we needed them. It was a great stay and we would be happy to stay here again! Highly reccomend!! Buckland Hills Mall is only a 10 minute drive and the food in the area is perfect. Woodbridge Pizza gives large portions and has amazing food. Thank you!!"

"Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. "Great place to stay. Lots of room compared to a hotel room and it's nice to have the kitchen area. We used the bonus spaces a lot and found the building to be very quiet from room to room. "The treehouse was great! It is as pictured, clean, small. The fireplace was connected to the thermostat which I thought was really cool. We got to see the animals on property which was an extra treat. There was a lot of extra spices, oils, water, coffee that we could use. Waking up with the windows all around and then going out on the balcony was so peaceful and nice. The only thing is the compost toilet smelled. We were there for one night and by the next day it smelled even putting the lid...
