The bed frames where metal and the pillows where from dollar store and flat. Worst hotel experience ever. "The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
