"The property is not 5 star! At best it would be a mid-tier 4 star. It is very dated and run down. It appears dirty and the staff are not friendly at all. Other than the location - avoid this hotel."

"Best place we’ve ever stayed at in Paris. The location is perfect and the apartment was clean, large, and the staff communicated very well the entire time. We will be back for sure! This is a true gem in the city."

"立地、サービスが抜群！
2ベッド、キッチンが付いている立地の良いアパートメントタイプのホテルを探していて、こちらに決めました。RER B線 シャトレ・レ・アール駅近なので、CDG空港から1本です。出口１から徒歩1分。メトロのシャトレ駅も近いです。
近くにショッピングセンターがあり、モノプリも入っています。
フロント(地上階)の近くに無料のウオーターサーバーとコーヒーサーバーがあります。
1階のComfort Roomには、24時間OKのリネン類の部屋があり、タオルやシーツを自由に交換できます。
ルームキーがないと入館できないので、セキュリティ対策も万全です。
一つ残念だったのが、ソファーベッドをベッドとして使いたいので、事前に準備をお願いしたのですが、掛布団もシーツもありませんでした。フロントへ電話して依頼しましたが「掛布団」が通じず(笑)、Blanketをとりあえず借りました。3日後、観光から帰ってきたら、ソファーベッドもきちんとベッドとして整えられていてホッとしました。
このようなことがありましたが、パリを再訪する際はまたこちらのホテルに滞在したいと思 っています。"

"We booked two apartments 3 bdr and a two bdr classic apartment). They upgraded the 2 bdr to a 3 bedroom. The apts had a powder room by the living room , bathrooms in the master bdr and in the hallway.
The apartments were a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to metro station . Best location in my opinion.

"Check in was a bit confusing. The room was okay. Could have been cleaner. Coffee machine did not work. Other appliances were dusty and greasy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, shower was small. No maid service for being there for five nights. There was a power outage our last night there, the guy who runs the place ?? was incredibly rude when asked about when the power might be back on. Also on our last night we had someone repeatedly try and punch in their code to get into our room even though...
