  • Resumen:
    Rissu - erizo de mar en dialecto de Vernazza - es un estudio con cocina en Via Agostino del Santo, con vista al famoso sendero hacia Monterosso. 30 m2, planta baja (lado ventana, equivalente al primer piso), para 2 personas.

    El espacio:
    Estudio con cocina completa, Smart TV, cafetera Nespresso, cama doble, ventilador Dyson Hot&Cool - sin aire acondicionado, pero la posición y los gruesos muros hacen manejable el calor. Baño privado.

    Acceso de invitados:
    Planta baja en el lado de la ventana, sin ascensor.

    El barrio:
    Via Agostino del Santo, Vernazza.

    Cómo desplazarse:
    La estación de tren esta a pocos minutos a pie. Para quienes llegan en coche, hay un aparcamiento público sobre el pueblo, con lanzadera y un corto paseo hasta nuestra oficina (unos 5 minutos).

    Otras cosas a tener en cuenta:
    Se admiten perros pequeños y medianos con suplemento.

    Kit de bienvenida en la cocina para la primera mañana (cruasanes, galletas, mermelada, te, café, leche en polvo en dosis individuales, azúcar); cuando hay cocina disponible, también nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra premiado, producido por un productor local cuyo molino y producción de miel se pueden visitar en una de nuestras experiencias, más sal y lavavajillas. Ropa de cama y de baño incluida, con gel de ducha, acondicionador, gel de cuerpo y jabón de manos. Limpieza profesional.

    Nuestra oficina de recepción en Vernazza esta abierta de 9:30 a 19:00 del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre; fuera de este periodo la oficina permanece cerrada, con presencia bajo petición. Siempre nos alegra recibir también a huéspedes alojados en cualquier otro pueblo, para saludar o para consejos sobre experiencias y actividades locales.

    Interacción con los huéspedes:
    Check-in asistido de 15:00 a 19:00; check-in tardío de 19:00 a 22:00, con un suplemento de 50 euros solo si se solicita el check-in asistido; no es posible el check-in después de las 22:00 - pasada esta hora los aparcamientos cierran, los trenes nocturnos son escasos: es mejor planificar una llegada tranquila al día siguiente.

Beautiful room.

Perfect little place for a stay in Vernazza! Short walk from the train station and also a short walk to the beach. The check in process was easy and the Cinque Terre Riviera people were lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Bucketlist adventurw

Wonderful location in the center of town. Very comfortable and accesssible to town, trails, train, ocean, great restaurants, and amazing views. Vernazza is a lovely town with many steps to the apartment. Pack lightly because the steps to the apartment are steep.

Traveling solo hiker

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and cute with an excellent location. The WiFi wasn't working and i had a problem with my phone service at the time so that was an issue. The staff put a phone in and let me use a hotspot so that was sweet. Ty for a great stay!

Nice place

Only downside is the shark (the one on the bed) wants to be fed before you leave. (and we did....just bread as it was all we had) Warning to others....bring meat!

This is a nice property and is well maintained. It is in a good location except it is right next to the hiking trail. It was a little noisy. In the evening and early morning.

Liked the location, bed comfortable, easy access from the Main Street (not too many steps to climb). Lighting not optimal ( too bright or too dim (for reading in bed). Also nowhere to hang bath towels for them to dry between use. A rack with hooks anywhere in the apt would be welcome. Otherwise a great place! Highly recommend!

Great location to explore Cinque Terre

We used this as a base for 3 days to explore Vernazza and the other cities along the coast. Plenty of options to eat, even in busy season. Couple minute walk from the train station that takes you everywhere you need to go.

Great room in a great location!

Great location on a quiet side street near the harbor, right at the start of the trail to Monterosso. Room was nice and clean. Included a mini-fridge and everything you need to make coffee/tea in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and just what we needed

Both the check-in location and the property were easily walkable from the train station, important in this steep area when you are carrying bags and there are no motorized vehicles. Comfortable and quiet room in the oldest area of town, on a charming, narrow street just off of the main street (Cinque Terre style) and with access to hiking trails. Nice bathroom, king and single beds.

Excellent accommodations for first visit to Florence

This was a lovely B&B, located conveniently for all the major sites, just a block from St Croce church/plaza and taxi pick up. The room was very well appointed, clean, hot shower a.c. and comfy bed, very quiet after 11 PM There is an elevator for the first 2 floors, and a single flight to navigate with luggage, yet the hosts are more than happy to help you!

A great place!

This was a great place to stay. Communication with the managing company was easy, as was check-in and out. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. The location is fabulous. A short walk from the train, on the start of a hiking trail and minutes from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute clean charming

The room is lovely. Extremely clean, best quality linen. So many much more then advertised. Tea, coffee, fridge welcome basket with croissant and jam more then enough for our weeks stay. Really comfy beds and pillows. You will need the lights on all day which is not unusual for the area and besides we were never in during the day. There is no wifi but again you are never in so we fidn’t Miss it. The one thing that was a little difficult you are on the first floor next to a pedestrian path and we heard some very funny conversations (voices carry of a night so not reveralers just chatting) at 11pm, 12, 1am my daughter slept thru this. I would recommend this room good value for money. Oh I forgot to say the managing agents are amazing!!! Loved them!! They really can not do enough for you. Rest assure you are in good hands and that is so important.

Beautiful room

Our stay in Vernazza was incredible, the location was perfect and convenient. The room is clean and decorated so nice and beds are comfortable. We also enjoyed the book assortment on the shelves for evening reading, and snacks in our room. There is no WiFi, which was fine with us but good to know because cell service is sketchy there. I would recommend staying here without hesitation, that being said the advertisement on VRBO called it an apartment so just know, it is a large bedroom with private bath. The company I think is new to using VRBO so my VRBO account was never updated with payments etc. or moved to the My Trips on the app. But everything went thru fine and they girls at the office we’re supper nice and helpful. They got all the charges right and we had an amazing time.
