It’s great

We stayed one night and the room vas very clean. We had dinner at their restaurant, it was great. Breakfast was very good!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I used the courtesy laundry room which was easy once I figured out the app. The pool was relaxing. It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently near the train station, and there are a couple of pizza joints within walking distance.

I accidentally booked two nights at the Hotel Royal Carlton. I only intended to book one night. It was first brought to my attention when I checked in. I explained that my flight back to the U.S. was departing in two days and I already had a room in Milan the night before my departure since that's where my flight was leaving from. I asked them to refund the second night under the circumstances since I couldn't stay with them. They refused. They said I had booked it and it could not be changed. I urged them to reconsider since I'm on a budget and couldn't afford to pay for a second night when I wouldn't be staying there. They again refused. I did not stay there the second night, but paid for the room anyway. I was very disappointed in the way they handled this.
