"It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. "

"The property is located in an interesting part of town but enclosed in a relatively safe neighborhood. The property manager was super helpful during the check-in process. The unit was clean and a great place to stay for a couple of days."

"Quiet and well maintained (new looking rooms)"

"It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) . "

"We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. I dont know anybody who sleeps with only a comforter. We went and bought our own sheet sets from the store! We had a battle with ants in the...

"Much like the previous reviews, this place is awful and the hosts do not respond. We booked for three nights and didn't stay after the first night because it was so bad. The vents have black residue on them, which is very concerning with regards to air quality. The fridge is leaking water and the floor is deteriorating.
