The garden and the playground for the little ones is near the apartment. An equipped barbeque area and a laundry room are available. The parking is located 100 meters from the apartment; there is one place available in the private car park, otherwise there is the possibility to use the adjacent public car park. To reach the residence it is necessary to take a cobbled pedestrian street, not recommended for people with walking problems.

You may decide to spend a pleasant afternoon in the sun, which surrounds the residence, or, for those who love hiking or mountain biking, there are numerous possibilities for excursions that wind through the surrounding mountains while also providing breaks in shelters operated by CAI. In a few minutes you can reach the neighboring villages where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake or, for fans, engage in sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing or sailing. The neighboring towns of Domaso and Gravedona, in addition to the churches and corners full of history and culture, offer a variety of restaurants where you can taste the traditional typical dishes of the area, and many shops.
