I normally don’t write reviews. If I like it I come back, if I don’t I avoid it. But this place left such an awful impression that I just have to.
I chose this hotel because of 4 things: Close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport, restaurant with room service, room with fridge for some left over food I had.
When I arrived, as soon as I had my key I asked to schedule the shuttle for the early flight I had the next day, turns out the “free airport shuttle” is a cab they call for you and you have to pay. I told them they advertise free transportation but they simply said it’s wrong and if I wanted the cab.
Disappointed I went to my room to put away the food in the fridge and there was no fridge in the room, I asked if I was given the wrong room and all I got was a “no”
When I picked up the phone to get some food they guy who picked up just said they “normally offer room service but not today”
At this point I just wanted to shower and sleep but this hotel had one last surprise, no hot water.
Needless to say there is no way I would EVER stay in this hotel again, stay away if any of these things remotely matter to you.
