CHEAPEST HOUSE IN VB.

Escape to the serene beauty of Venus Bay with this cosy home offering the perfect getaway, blending comfort and relaxation with laid-back charm of coastal living.

Whether you`re here to unwind, explore the stunning beaches, or enjoy the local nature reserves, this property provides everything you need for a memorable stay.

Only a short walk to pristine beaches, local shops and walking trails, you`ll be perfectly situated to enjoy all the best this coastal gem has.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located shack set amongst the dunes.

This lovely, recently renovated, beach house will take you back to those easy and relaxing weekends away all those years ago.

The Tin Shack features 2 good-sized bedrooms and a cosy lounge with fireplace.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and baby cot. The other bedroom has a double and single bed configured as a bunk bed.

The kitchen, with dishwasher, and bathroom have been recently renovated. Property also has a separate second toilet.

Laundry with washing machine.

Reverse cycle air-conditioners in living and main bedroom.

The home also boasts a huge deck perfect for lazing around on after a swim at the beach, which is within walking distance along with the shops and local cafes.

Your dog is more than welcomed inside the house. Whilst the property is not fully fenced, the expansive deck to the front and side of the house is fully secured, which will allow your dog to sit outside and observe the world below.

Suggest bringing a good book as we don`t have internet or make use of the numerous board games we have supplied.

As we are on tank water, you will need to bring your own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, and tea towels. We provide doona`s and pillows.

As one of the cheapest houses available in Venus Bay it`s not perfect. Some of the painting is a bit dodgy, the windows don`t open and there is no wi-fi. Basically, you get what you pay for which in this case is a simple, basic, clean house to use as a base to explore the area.

The house was bright and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and we loved looking out at the trees from the deck.Being able to bring our dog was a wonderful bonus, and the owners’ instructions were clear and easy to follow. We have no complaints— it was the perfect place to relax and an ideal base for exploring the area.

True to description

A practical, pleasant and meticulously clean home. The deck is such an asset, and we spent each evening snacking on platters of food, sipping wine and looking out to the bush view. So quiet! The kitchen is well laid out with everything you need. So easy for canine friends as well, all surfaces easy to care for and the deck fenced. The only thing I regret is not booking more time there!

Wonderful place in a great location

Really enjoyed staying in the little house, and it was great we could bring Oscar (our Goldie) as well. Thank you to Helen and Joseph for allowing this. The house is very well equipped and spacious. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived as well. Thoroughly recommended. Venus Bay is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday, and hope to be able to go there again in the future.
