    With a stunning oceanfront setting directly on the beach, this 4BR/2BA (+ den) is outfitted with all-new furniture, bedding, and kitchen gadgets. It's the perfect haven to enjoy the lifestyle of sun-drenched Ventura! Take in the sunrise and sunset from two decks or the comfort of the indoors, and keep an eye out for dolphins, seals, whales, and nearby Rincon Island from the oceanfront patio. Watch waves break from most rooms, and enjoy two miles of pristine beach right from your vacation rental.

    New lighting on the back deck allows for easy gatherings outside, and flood lights allow after-dark views of the beach and the stairway down to it. Sip drinks and watch waves from a sun lounger, then sizzle your favorite dishes on the grill. Gather around the firepit and roast s'mores or enjoy the city lights of Santa Barbara in the distance as this home juts out, revealing stunning views of Ventura, the islands, and Santa Barbara.

    Beachy vibes welcome you into a sunny living space. Curl up on the sectional by a gas fireplace and 65-inch TV. Located on the lower level, a spacious dining area features an eight-seat table, fireplace, and 55-inch TV. The well-equipped open kitchen gleams with all-white cabinetry and appliances. Cupboards are stocked with cooking essentials, and a French-door fridge offers ample space for groceries. Sip coffee at the three-seat kitchen bar.

    The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, a 55-inch TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a double vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. White linens adorn a queen bed in the guest room, complete with a built-in desk and patio access. There's a twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom. Wake to coastal views from the queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The second bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

    The home is adjacent to Little Rincon Point, a mecca for pro surfers and an unbeatable spot for sunset views. Bring your fishing pole and catch sea bass right on the beach, or take a bike ride along the coastal bike path. For ocean strolls and restaurants, drive less than 20 minutes to downtown Ventura. Take a walk along Ventura Pier and Promenade. Walk 5 minutes to the Cliff House Inn and Shoals Restaurant.

    Personal speaker systems are not allowed on the premises. Loud music from personal devices is prohibited and can result in a breach of contract, which may then lead to expulsion.

We are grateful to have found this place. Having the beach right at your feet is such a bonus. The house is very comfortable and the deck area is awesome. Loved the fire pit.

Beach front heaven

This is a stunning l location, extremely clean and comfortable. The Property has everything you need and more. Absolutely love the view from anywhere in the house. I would honestly give 10 stars if that was possible.

Beautiful beach front home!

This house is a perfect beach front home. Beautifully decorated in beach eclectic—the kitchen has everything you can think of our need and the beds were super comfy! My only complain is the freeway situation (which likely helps keep down the crowds!)

Sisters get away

The house was wonderful a couple of mattresses could have been more comfortable. It was hard for adults to stay in the bunk bed room. Being right on the beach was the best. Great neighborhood.

Perfect location!

It is a hidden gem, had no idea of this strip of beach before. Very few people, great swimming beach and saw so many seals, dolphins and pilot whales. The house is perfect, it felt very private and had great views. It was perfectly appointed and we had anything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable, nice fluffy towels. Oh and we loved the fire pit at night. Can't wait to come back!

Mussel Shoals Family vacation

This was a wonderful family vacation in the perfect location. The home was clean, very nicely furnished and personal. It was very well stocked with everything needed. Very few maintenance problems which we only reported at the end and these were accepted graciously. No other issues. We loved it and hope to return.

Incredible Views!

The expansive ocean and California coastline views were incredible! There are no neighbors to the south so full unobstructed views this way and also great views to the north. There are private steps literally from the backyard to the sand. The beach and neighborhood is quiet and every bedroom has an ocean view. The decks are perfect for taking it all in. The fireplaces made it cozy inside when it got chilly outside. Very spacious and upgraded kitchen. Having only two bathrooms with the downstairs one lacking counter space made it a little tight getting ready but absolutely did not take away from the overall impressive experience we had here. I would definitely recommend it!

This was a perfect location and absolutely private/beautiful property on the beach. It was great for both adults and kids alike. We will def be back!!

Good not great

The home is pretty worn from all of the repeated guests. Could use a new coat of paint. It’s also pretty dated with very old and rickety refrigerator and appliances. Worst of all one of the rooms smelled like strong cigarette smoke and that was the only room my 2 year old could sleep in, which was regrettable. For the thousands of dollars we spent the house didn’t feel particularly high quality or sparkling clean which was a bummer. On a positive note it had plenty of rooms for our guests, the kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed being so close to the beach.l and being able to grill on the patio while the kids played in the ocean. Our time spent outside was amazing. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay in this home again as it seemed like there were better quality homes for rent in the same street

Gorgeous Beachfront Home!

Steps to the sand and big coastal views in every direction! Watch dolphins and seals swim by every day and feel like you are on your own private beach. We will definitely come back!
