Hello friends—welcome to Wishing Well Beach House, a dog-friendly home one block from the sand in Pierpont, Ventura. Spend the morning at the beach, share dinner outside, and settle onto the upper deck for an evening by the fire pit. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room for eight, there’s space to enjoy a family getaway. Hosted with care by Chic Beach Vacations.



MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME



Bright living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen make meals and downtime comfortable. Cook together using the provided cookware and pantry basics, start your day at the coffee station, and gather around the dining table with seating for eight.



Central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and an in-home washer and dryer add everyday convenience. The home has two levels, with stairs to the upstairs bedroom and upper deck.



EXPLORE PIERPONT



Wishing Well puts beach walks, neighborhood coffee stops, and casual meals close at hand. Nearby San Buenaventura State Park offers walking and biking paths, while Ventura Harbor is a short drive away for waterfront dining and outings on the water.

WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP

- Upstairs: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

- Ground floor: Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower/tub combination.

- Ground floor: Bedroom with two twin beds.

- Living room: Sleeper sofa.

A third full bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower. Fresh bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.



YOUR OUTDOOR SPACES



The large private upper deck has lounge seating and peekaboo ocean views. Enjoy the fire pit, cook on the gas BBQ, and sit down together at the outdoor table for eight.



The garden has a low fence, while the back patio has a taller fence. These separate outdoor spaces give your group places to read, relax, and enjoy the coastal air.



Beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and towels are included.



BRING THE LITTLE ONES AND THE DOG



A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware are ready for family meals and bedtime.



Up to two dogs are welcome for $25 per dog, per stay. Please have them arrive clean and on flea control, and bring them along on your outings rather than leaving them alone. Sorry, no cats.



A FEW DETAILS TO HELP YOU SETTLE IN



Parking accommodates two vehicles: one in the small garage and one in the designated space beside it. The garage suits a standard car; larger SUVs and trucks should use the outdoor space.



There is no street parking directly in front of the house. Additional street parking on Pierpont is subject to availability and posted restrictions.



Our neighbors appreciate peaceful evenings. Please bring outdoor conversations indoors and turn off outdoor music by 10 p.m.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR STAY



After booking, you’ll receive a message to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Once completed, we’ll send your Guest Guide with arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code appears in the Guest Guide 48 hours before check-in. Early check-in options appear five days before arrival; early check-in and late checkout cost extra and depend on availability. Dog fees can also be paid through the guide.
