THINGS TO KNOW:
-There is a private fenced in studio on the back corner of the property used occasionally. This studio has no access to the Beach Palm property as it is behind the same beach type fencing as neighboring properties.
-There is a removable baby gate to prevent access to hallway and spiral staircase.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.

Beautiful place for a relaxed getaway while our home was tented. Our group of six enjoyed the open and sunny common area downstairs, the hot tub, and outdoor shower. Loved the warmly decorated and spacious upstairs main bedroom and bath. Appreciated proximity to beach, restaurants, grocery, and a park. Would go back and we recommend!

Beautiful home and wonderful host! We really enjoyed our stay in Ventura. The host was very accommodating to a last minute change on our part, and we were so appreciative. The home is fully stocked and very comfortable. And the location is great. If we are ever in the area again, we will look to stay here first.

Very nice property. Only issue was parking due to school event (Movie Night). We enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to beach and lots of nearby amenities as well. The host had us prepared with everything we needed. We will be staying with them again for sure.

Was an absolute joy to stay at this beautiful beach house. A two minute walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, very comfy beds, a very well stocked kitchen, and honestly felt like being at the best home. Highly recommend and love the hot tub! Will be back again one day.

Perfect relaxing beach cottage

The house was unique, cozy, clean, and well stocked. The location is close to the beach but private. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to retun again next year for our annual ladies weekend.

The place is lovely. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit and walking along the beach daily.Little things we had issues with were minor but worth noting, including the window coverings in the upstairs master are not great at blocking the morning light or the flood lights coming from the elementary school directly across the street.The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. And the internet service was off and on the whole visit so we really couldn't enjoy that perk. Our host and management co. were both easy to correspond with. Perfect place for a small family or friends.

Great trip!

We had the best family trip to Ventura! You cannot beat the location of this amazing house. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was lovely to be able to leave both doors open and enjoy the breeze on the whole first floor. Our dog was happy and comfortable there too. We absolutely plan to return!

My family of 4 had truly the most magical time at this property. The owner was amazing the home was stocked with everything we would ever want, the location was perfect. We all got emotional when we left after 2 perfect weeks. We can’t wait to come back!

They thought of everything!

This eclectic beach home is so lovely. The owner has great pride. It is comfortable and the proximity to the beach is bar none the best choice. From the affordability, bright airy space, to the spa like hot tub, bed and bath accommodations had our whole family agreeing “we’ll be returning here“.

We had a family get together one day and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio was a comfortable place to relax and visit. The host responded immediately when questions were asked.

Charming beach home

My family of six loved staying in this charming home with a beach vibe. The kitchen area is bright and roomy so we could enjoy spending time together there. We also loved the front patio full of plants and lots of seating. We enjoyed being close to the beach for walks, and the cool weather meant we got lots of use from the hot tub. Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in - it feels like someone’s home and not a hodge-podge of random furniture and decor. The primary bedroom upstairs was so roomy and gorgeous with lovely views. We had a very nice stay!

This home was simply unbeatable. It was the best stocked home we’ve ever been to, very clean and beautiful. The location is incredible. A wonderful beach is about 500 steps away. This will be our go to home whenever we are in the area. Thank you so much to the very kind and professional owners!!

Nice Beach Experience

This adorable cottage has a cute beach vibe and a nice open living area. The yards are landscaped and well maintained. A few things, all small could improve this property; The floors were not a clean enough for bare feet and the blow dryer was broken. Over all I would book this property again, thank you for sharing it!

Amazing house

If you’re looking for a very well kept house central to almost everything in a very nice neighborhood just steps from the sand look no further. One of the cleanest and well stocked houses I’ve ever rented. Amazing set up great master bedroom with ocean views allot of character, cool entry yard great jacuzzi in back off the kitchen and over all just an amazing experience good vibes from this place. Everything near by grocery, Starbucks, yogurt shop, restaurants all 5 minute walk away not to mention the beaches. Have fun we did

Looks are Deceiving

Short walk to the beach was a plus. House is quaint as it comes with an old fashioned gas stove, where you could smell the gas especially at night. Living room seating is not very comfortable. Looks/pictures are slightly deceiving as they make the house seem roomier than it actually is.

Recent stay

It was great working with this Sunny Days Vacation rentals! We booked two homes next to each other for our family to stay comfortably and both were nice and comfortable places to stay. This location had a pilot light go out and fill the house with gas, which was unlivable. Sunny Days Vacation rentals was quick to address this issue and send out a technician from the gas company, as well as one of their team members to fix this problem. The rest of our stay was without any problems!
