This comfortable coastal retreat is just steps from Buenaventura State Beach, offering a convenient and relaxing stay close to everything Ventura has to offer.

The open living area is designed for easy gatherings, with two plush sofas and an armchair providing plenty of seating. Large windows let in natural light, creating a bright and inviting space. A bonus room features a 32-inch TV and seating for five—perfect for a movie night—while an upstairs loft offers a quiet spot to read or catch up on work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining table seats four, with additional space at the breakfast bar for two more.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination.

Outside, the private patio has seating and a place to enjoy a great meal or just relaxing in the fresh air. An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off after the beach, and a private hot tub offers a place to unwind.

This rental is a great option for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Ventura.

-The location provides easy access to local attractions
-The beach is just 200 yards away, while the Ventura Pier and Surfers’ Point are only a short drive.
-Your booking charges will not include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/ per pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/ per pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-.Downtown Ventura, two miles away, has a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
-Ojai’s art galleries and boutiques are 16 miles inland, and boat tours to the Channel Islands National Park depart year-round from Ventura Harbor.

What a wonderful find! Quaint, cozy, quiet, close to beach & across the street from State Park dog friendly too! Grab it!

Loved the amount of information an photos of the place we chose to stay at, and the host are very quick to respond to questions. The place was spotless and fully accommodating with towels, soaps an all the basics for bathroom an kitchen, they think of everything! They worked with us when it came to bringing pets, asking for an early check-in, and late checkout. They clean the place before your stay an even make sure everything is in working order.You can feel how they really care about your stay, an give you complete piece of mind through your whole vacation. Honestly, never been taken care of as well as Sunny Days did for us. House itself was a blast! Small walk to the beach, mins from pier, downtown and even grocery.The hot tub was amazing. Simple to use, an icing on the cake. We'll for sure be staying with Sunny Days again. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay

Perfect beach house. We traveled to race at the local speedway so didn’t have much time to enjoy. Wish we did an extra day. The shower was my favorite lol.
