Your Luxury Loft in Heart of Venice!Great discount during Autumn/Winter season!

The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

The Luxury Loft was just as presented as were the photos. The loft was very clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We have been using VRBO for well over 20 years and Daniella has been one of the best hostesses we have encountered. She met us at the Vaparetto stop and escorted us on the short walk to the loft informing us along the way about the area. Once we arrived at the loft she stayed and chatted for awhile and she really felt like more of a friend than a landlord by the time she left. Right from the time we booked to after we departed she was always there to answer our many questions and very quick to respond at that.The area itself is lovely and has a real local neighborhood feel to it. Uncrowded streets, excellent restaurants and places to just grab a bite. The Jewish Ghetto, which is right there, is a place that everyone should visit. The history is one that we, as Americans, did know know about that area. The whole of Canareggio is very safe, quiet and just lovely. About a 15-20 min walk to the madness of the the St Marks area then back to quiet Canareggio. We have visited Venice before and when we do again we will stay in Daniellas Luxury Loft for sure!! Thank you, Daniella, for making our stay in Venice so enjoyable!!

One of the best lodging experiences we have had in Europe. We felt spoiled with the quality of the appliances and large living area. We walked to/from the train station and found that we were close to everything on our to-do list. Host was extra available and communicative.

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.

Convenient place

Overall nice stay in a quiet part of town, but with some great dining options nearby. It was lovely to have a small kitchen. Having air conditioning was appreciated in the summer. Note that the "courtyard" is very small; really only suitable for a single person.

Daniela is great. Met and showed us the apartment and a few dining options. The area around the apartment is very quite away from the crowd and noise of the main attractions, while still a 20 minutes walk away. Wonderful Cannaregio

Daniela is a fabulous host. She was not able to meet us due to the time we arrived but sent us videos to get to the apartment. She has an amazing location and the apartment was everything we hoped it would be. It was nice to be away from the crowds of San Marco, but still close enough to enjoy every part of Venice. Perfect stay in Venice

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

An oasis in busy Venice

We loved our stay here. The property was as described and also easy to manage. The owner met us at the taxi stop and showed us to the lodgings; this was a kindness as we might not have found it otherwise. From there, everything was easy. There were restaurants and grocery shopping close by but the best part was staying in a residential area of Venice with few tourists. It was quiet and easy to get to and from. We could even walk into the heart of Venice and find our way back. A lovely time. I will definitely stay here again! (Also, the unit is accessible though may be hard of access because of bridges to get to/from the apartment to other areas for those with mobility issues).

Great location

Very nice place away from the center, but not too far, which we liked. We had 4 adults and did not spend much time in the room, so it met our needs. Daniela provided excellent instructions and recommendations, she was a great host.

Short but sweet visit to Venezia

Daniela was an amazing host. The communication was clear and detailed. The luxury loft apartment was just that. The bed was comfortable, it seemed to have been renovated recently as all appliances seemed brand new. We took the water bus to get to the loft but we could have walked to it in 15 minutes as our luggage was light. Nice quiet location with lots of restaurants nearby. 15 miute walk to Rialto Bridge. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in quiet part of venice

We stayed in this apartment in August as family with two children. The apartment was lovely with modern equipment, two very comfortable beds (inc one sofa bed) and the essential air conditioning! Daniela was a really communicative and helpful host and gave us lots of information. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Base to Explore Venice

We can't rate this property highly enough. Tucked away in a quiet area of Venice, but not too far from the Grand Canal and transport links to the whole city. Our stay was perfect. We arrived at the airport and were met from the water taxi and shown to the property, just a 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop. As soon as we entered we were delighted with the ice cool air conditioning, and the delightful decor of the apartment. The space within the kitchen/living room is excellent and we used the fold down bed for our children which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with exposed beams. There is ample storage and the bedroom leads into a high quality bathroom with an excellent shower. Our days out in Venice were memorable, and so was our stay in this beautiful apartment. If you are planning a visit to Venice and would like your own quiet space to return to, then look no further!

Venetian Paradise

My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here on our quick trip to Venice. We were overjoyed, the home was so beautiful and clean. Also the bed was so comfy which is very important when you are tired from vacation. We both slept better here than we had on our entire vacation. It was decorated beautifully, its location was perfect, and the owner was so kind to provide lots of recommendations. Everything we needed was provided, even things we didn’t know we needed. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice, absolutely loved it.
