We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided to you.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid upon arrival; the total is €4 per person per night for adults, €2 per night for children aged 10 to 15, and children under 10 are exempt.

Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a surcharge to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
