  • Ideal holiday home for a couple who wants to visit VENICE and beyond, surrounded by greenery in a single villa, with private garden, garage, free wi-fi, in a quiet and convenient area for services, consisting of a double bedroom plus a sofa bed ( becomes a queen size bed when there are 3 guests), kitchen and full bathroom with large shower.
    Located on the outskirts of VENICE in the center of the small city of art MOGLIANO VENETO, just 20 minutes by train to VENICE. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the house, with very frequent trains to VENICE and back. A weekly train pass, valid for unlimited round trips between MOGLIANO VENETO and VENICE, has a fee of € 13.30. Bus stops to go to VENICE or other destinations are near the train station. Just 20 minutes by car to the airports of VENICE and TREVISO. At the crossroads of cities of art and beaches. TREVISO, PADOVA, VERONA and VICENZA are also easily accessible, with an excellent railway connection. LIDO DI JESOLO and other beaches at 40 km.

Mogliano Vénétie 😍

Emplacement idéal, au calme pour découvrir Venise qui est à 20 min en train de l hébergement. La gare est à 5 min à pieds et proximité de tous commerces. Propriétaire disponible, je recommande génial!

Très joli appartement au porte de Venise

Accès à Venise en 20/30 mn de train, fréquence élevée, abonnement hebdomadaire peu cher (14€ environ) Une petite épicerie sur le trajet gare/logement Très joli appartement, très propre, le quartier est tranquille. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Tolle Ferienwohnung sehr nette Vermieter

Entspannter Urlaub in einer sauberen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung bei sehr netten Vermietern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Venedig ist gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen und so traumhaft schön, das wir bestimmt wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an Simona und Romeo für diese tolle Unterkunft

Top Ferienwohnung zum sehr guten Preis

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Ausstattung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bahnanschluss gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gute Lage da alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten inclusive Venedig gut und schnell mit dem Zug erreichbar sind.

Wonderful Venice Vacation

Romeo and Simone were excellent hosts. Their apartment in Mogliano Veneto had everything we needed and is perfect for a couple to enjoy their stay while visiting Venice and outlying islands, Burano, Murano and Torcello. We had dinner at a nice restaurant, Da Pino, recommended by Romeo and morning breakfasts at a cute cafe by the train station. It was convenient to take the train or bus to Venice or other places from their home. Romeo and Simone were very friendly and took pride in making our stay with them an enjoyable experience. Thank you Simone and Romeo for a wonderful vacation to see Venice and other beautiful places.

The property & location & ease of transport were just as described, Simona & Romeo were excellent hosts & even the town of Mogliano Veneto is nice to walk around, it just couldn't have been better

Efficienza, organizzazione e tranquillità allo stato puro.

Parola d'ordine gentilezza. Proprietari molto disponibili ed attenti nel cercare di esaudire eventuali necessità e premurosi affinchè il soggiorno lasci un buon ricordo. L'appartamento pur essendo praticamente in centro, è molto tranquillo e gode di riservatezza. Eccellente la dotazione. Sceglietelo senza indugio.

Excellent accommodation and great location for Venice

Accommodation very well maintained. Romeo is very helpful. A great base for Venice and padua. We were lucky to hear the best concert ever - vivaldi and handel at the local church.

Excellent séjour

L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux; La maison est située dans une impasse calme et l'intérieur est bien agencé et spacieux,(pour deux personnes) avec un bonus : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare ce qui nous a permis de faire tous les trajets à Venise et Trevise en train et la voiture est restée au garage mis à disposition. Nous remercions Roméo pour les délicates attentions et avons apprécié les "dolce" (confiseries) et les gâteaux (spécialités de Murano). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Hôtes fantastiques

Nous avons passés 4 jours à cet endroit. Simona et Roméo sont très accueillants et toujours près à nous aider. La position du gîte est idéale pour avoir accès à Venise rapidement par train et en toute sécurité. Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune réserve. Merci à vous deux Isabelle et Yves Canada

Endroit idéal et paisible

Parfait pour les personnes qui veulent faire plusieurs visites à Venise sans payer les prix exorbitants de Venise. Les hôtes Simona et Roméo sont toujours disponibles à répondre à vos moindres désirs. Appartement remplis d'extra : brosse à dents, brosse, fond de cuisine, cadeau de bienvenue, café, thé, tisane et bouteilles d'eau au réfrigérateur. Endroit de choix!

A good property with parking but too inconvenient for a short 3 day visit to Vence.

Simona'and Romeos property is very nice. It is very clean and has a most comfortable bed with good pillows. The towels are thick and fluffy and plenty of toiletries provided. There is a full sized fridge with induction cooktop. The wifi works well. The parking is on site and there is nice spot to sit outside for a relaxing drink. The problem for us was that it is too far from Venice for our short stay. We would've been better to haves garaged the car at Mestre and stayed in Venice because we came back late in the evening and had to connect vaporetto with train and reduced service due to the lateness of the hour.

Nous avons aimé la proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Venise. Pas besoin de sortir la voiture du garage. des trains tous les quart d'heures. Venise se trouve à 20mn de train...appartement confortable et fonctionnel.

Vacances romantiques pour la St Valentin

Nous avions décidé de partir à Venise pour la semaine de la Saint Valentin et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Romeo et Simona nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, ont été très serviables et disponibles. Nous fûmes agréablement surpris de découvrir des chocolats ainsi qu'un petit mot sympa déposés sur notre lit le jour de la Saint Valentin. L'appartement est simple, propre, et convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes pour un court séjour. Le WIFI est disponible. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de Venise (20 km), avec la gare juste à côté. Les commerces sont également à proximité (2 min en voiture). Pour les amateurs de bonnes pizzas, Roméo vous conseillera un très bon restaurant situé dans le centre ville: Pizza Longa. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois et c'était très bon ;-) Nous recommandons cette location.

Very good

Thank you, Romeo, for your hospitality. The apartment is very near the train station to Venice, so is in good localization, and 2 hours from de Dolomites (the Alps), very good too to visit it. Is a little small, ideal for 2 persons, but very comfortable and clean. I recommend it.
