    En el interior de un palacio histórico con acceso desde un puente privado, a pocos pasos de Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, este fascinante apartamento les cautivará por su atmósfera. Bastará con abrir las ventanas para admirar los canales, una espléndida vista de los tejados de Venecia y la Laguna.

    Recientemente restaurado, con vigas de madera a la vista y mobiliario de calidad, el alojamiento dispone de un acogedor salón, baño de invitados, cocina habitable completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, una amplia habitación matrimonial con baño en suite y habitación con dos camas individuales con baño en suite.

    El apartamento se encuentra a 6 minutos a pie de la parada de vaporetto San Zaccaria desde donde se accede a Piazzale Roma y la Estación de Ferrocarril y a 7 minutos de las paradas de vaporetto de Hospital y Fondamente Nove, desde donde se accede a las islas de Murano, Burano, el Lido.

    Los check-in son posibles desde las 15 hasta las 19. Los más tardíos son posibles previo acuerdo y con un suplemento de 30,00€ en caso de llegadas antes de las 22 o 50,00€ antes de las 23. En el check-in se solicitará el pago de la tasa de estancia que equivale a 5€ por persona por noche y se hará cumplimentar y firmar un contrato de alquiler donde se incluirán también los datos de una tarjeta de crédito a nombre de los huéspedes como garantía por daños.

    El precio publicado incluye las comisiones que corren a cargo del huésped.

We enjoyed our stay, apt is well equipped, great location far away from noise but close enough to walk to anything. Loved the exposed wood frames!

Nice location, bad service and misleading posting.

I want to preface this review saying that the rental was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Our group did not have a good experience with the assistant who set us up. Before arriving to the rental he was very eager and persistent on finding out when we would arrive which was frustrating as we were trying to coordinate our travel from the train station to the stay. On arrival he informed us the elevator was broken, leading us to go up many flights of stairs with heavy luggage. I made sure to reach out to the owner in advance to ensure it is in working order since my parents are elderly and have issues going up many flights of stairs, especially over a long stay. I mentioned this to the assistant that I had reached out prior regarding a working elevator and expressed my frustration as I’d now have to book another hotel for my parents. Once I expressed my frustration he said he’d have to check with the owner and stepped away for a few minutes. When he returned miraculously the elevator had no issues. Also, when we checked in we realized all of the windows were swung wide open. We eventually closed them, however, it was too late as we got bit by mosquitos throughout our whole stay. We did our best to kill all the mosquitos but since the stay is large it was nearly impossible. This was a very uncomfortable situation for us all. The amenities were misleading as there is no microwave, no working Wi-Fi and the AC wasn’t working well. We reached out several times and nothing.
