  • Relájese y descanse en nuestra casa de vacaciones frente al mar decorada con buen gusto. Esta casa bien cuidada de una sola historia viene con 3 acogedoras habitaciones, 2 baños completos que dormirán siete para una verdadera hospitalidad. Dos habitaciones tienen colchones nuevos Posturepedic y almohadas hipoalergénicas para su sueño tranquilo y reparador. Ambos baños están convenientemente unidos a las habitaciones. Disfruta de la conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y la comodidad de ver SMART 4K UHD TV con UHD Netflix en la sala de estar y SMART TV en el dormitorio principal. Totalmente equipado para todas sus necesidades de cocina, la cocina tiene una hermosa área para comer con vista al lago. Otras comodidades incluyen lavavajillas, nevera, estufa y microondas. La cocina y la sala de estar tienen acceso a una amplia terraza y piscina privada. House cuenta con garaje para dos autos y entrada muy grande, así como lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Amplio y espacioso salón y comedor tienen puertas correderas que se pueden abrir completamente a lanai en un día fresco para disfrutar de la brisa costera. El patio trasero cercado tiene un jardín tropical con árboles de mango y aguacate. En temporada puedes disfrutar de frutas frescas.
    La casa está ubicada en la comunidad tranquila, familiar y acogedora de Venice Gardens. Con proximidad a canchas de tenis públicas, campos de golf de campeonato, parques, escuelas, restaurantes locales y hermosas playas, seguro que tendrá unas vacaciones maravillosas.
    El área está designada como santuario de aves y desde nuestro patio con vista al lago podrá disfrutar de la observación de aves durante todo el día. De vez en cuando verá un cocodrilo o dos nadando graciosamente en el lago.
    Traiga el remolque de su bote: el lanzamiento del bote está cerca en Nokomis Jetty.
    Venice, FL es la "Capital mundial del diente de tiburón" y la playa de Caspersen es una de las mejores playas de bombardeo del mundo y un excelente lugar para encontrar dientes de tiburón prehistóricos. Hay senderos naturales que recorren pantanos de agua dulce y salada, áreas de manglares, marismas y excelentes oportunidades para explorar y aprender la vida silvestre de Florida.
    La glorieta del Parque Centenario es el lugar de frecuentes conciertos gratuitos durante todo el invierno. El mercado de granjeros de Detwiler es un excelente destino para conversar con los lugareños mientras compra productos locales para sus comidas saludables y deliciosas.
    Dos horas de viaje te llevan al mundo mágico de Disney.
    House también está cerca de Warm Mineral Springs. Solo 15 minutos en automóvil lo llevarán a AGUAS CURATIVAS de Warm Mineral Springs, también llamada "Fuente de la Juventud".

The house was clean but needs some TLC. Very outdated furniture, dark, yard needs work, towels small and/or very worn. Not a vacation worthy home.

The home was as described. The inside was very clean, everything a family of 5 needed. Pool was delightful and kids enjoyed. Owner was prompt wirh communication. Surrounding area nice. Only negative was lacks curb appeal. Front yard could use a clean up. Would definitely rent again!

Everything was just fine. The host was very helpful in letting us know where we could find all the things we needed. Wish the weather had been warmer, but we had a blast shopping and sitting around being with one another.

This was our third stay at this property and we had a fantastic time again. Short drive to several beaches and close to restaurants and shopping. Relaxing in and by the pool is always a highlight. Cannot wait to book again!

Wonderful home close to beach and shops

Gregg is a super nice host! My family stayed a full week and thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. We would stay again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed a week in the home to vacation and visit family friends in the area. The home is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Enjoyed the pool and backyard setting.

Property is in a great location to downtown Venice, shopping,restaurants, and beaches. We really enjoyed the Lanai and heated pool. Had a great time watching the birds and wild life.

Had a wonderful stay. Home was in a great location. Home is a great choice. The only issue is the grass was quite long and the shower curtain was dry rotted, so we replaced it, so that water would not get everywhere. Nothing major. We would stay again.

Another Lovely Stay

This was our second stay at this property. We had a great time! The property had all the necessities and then some and the location is very convenient. Whenever we were not at the beach we enjoyed the pool and bird watching. Absolutely will plan to book again in the future.

Great getaway with a fantastic pool!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The highlight was definitely the pool—our kids absolutely loved spending time there, and it made our vacation extra special. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and although we encountered a few minor maintenance issues, the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of lt right away. We really appreciated the prompt communication and attention to detail. Overall a great experience!

It was ok,

House was clean and had up to date appliances. The property was set on a river with many varieties of birds which was enjoyable. Neighborhood was old and some what run down. All and all enjoyed our stay

House was as pictured in the listing. Enjoyed bird watching from the back yard every day. Pool was a nice extra, kids wished it was heated to a warmer temperature. Plenty of space for a family of 4! Proximity to the beaches were within reason too.

2 month stay in Venice Gardens

Property was "as advertised. Location was excellent for ease of access to Venice and the surrounding area. Bird life was especially good for viewing in the back yard and we had at least 3 small alligators in the lake. Interior of the house was clean but could use some further maintenance (eg not all the blinds are in good repair.). Host was responsive and easy to work with.

The house was found to be in clean order. We found everything we needed for our short stay.However, the landscape could you a tidey, as well as the garage. As a former landlord, I understand not wanting to spend money on a property. But a few bucks would go a long way with this property renting for more money.

Venice Stay

First impression outside was an eye sore. Grass and plants around house was grown up and need cutting badly. Surrounding houses lawns was cut and neat. House was very clean. A little updating especially furnishings in living room and removing the couch in the screen patio, would make this more pleasing place to stay.

Disappointed

I discussed our concerns with the owner and VRBO support when we refused to check-in upon arrival. There was hurricane damage to the lanai. The pool was filthy. I would not recommend staying at this property.

House is in a nice location

The house was Ok. The furniture is old and the house is in need of repairs. TV was spotty which frustrated my husband. The orange plastic fence around the pool killed the vibe. It just needs comfy furniture that will fit a group of four and good internet and cable. Just a little TLC and it would be a great place.
