We arrived at the train station and calledthe hotel for help on which boat to take. The lady at the line just repeated the words "Number one". I inquired her on which letter (boat stations are addressed by letters and numbers, letters A through D, or something like), she just repeated "number one" about 3 times with very rude manners, and hung up the call. I called back twice, she never picked the call. My wife and walked around with our luggage until we found tje information center and the lady (very professionally) guided me to boat C2. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the recepcionist why she gave me wrong information and hung up. She acted like nothing happened and said something about phone malfunction. She was very rude in the call, then acted innocent. I have no idea why, but I just do not recommend this hotel. The guy at morning shif was very nice and polite, totally different than the lady at afternoon shift. I would not stay there again, you need to train your staff better. That situation was very disrespectful to a customer.
