  • Un fantástico ático perfecto para seis personas, hasta "en los dioses" del impresionante "Palacio de Loredan Dell" Ambasciatore gótico del siglo XV en el Gran Canal en el área de Dorsoduro de la ciudad. Disfruta de las impresionantes vistas desde sus dos increíbles terrazas y está ubicado entre el Puente de la Academia / Academia de Bellas Artes y el Museo Ca ’Rezzonico de la parada de arte / vaporetto del siglo XVIII, cerca del Campo San Barnaba y frente al Palacio de Arte Moderno de Francois Pinault.

    Sentado exclusivamente en un espléndido aislamiento en el quinto piso de uno de los mejores palazzi de Venecia (lugar de nacimiento de dos antiguos Dogos de Venecia: Leonardo Loredan (1501-21) y Francesco Loredan (1752-62)) y se beneficia de mucha luz y Como resultado, el Ca 'Cerchieri Terrace ofrece acceso privado al agua para las llegadas rápidas, elegantes y sin complicaciones en un taxi acuático privado y se llega en ascensor al tercer piso, dejando un tramo de escaleras para ascender a pie.

    Además de una gran cantidad de finos muebles de época y toques discretamente sofisticados, el apartamento mantiene una calidad atractiva, informal y relajada, ideal para acomodarse y sentirse "uno a uno" con su fabulosamente veneciano y muy aristocrático entorno desde el momento. Usted llega, mientras que los ricos pisos de madera y el aire acondicionado independiente en todas partes, la televisión satelital, la conexión inalámbrica a internet y una pequeña lavandería con lavadora, aseguran que todas las comodidades y conveniencias de la vida moderna estén a su alcance durante su estadía.

    Hay una elegante sala de estar con cómodos asientos y amplios ventanales que se abren a una magnífica terraza (con espacio para seis personas) que ofrece maravillosas vistas panorámicas sobre tejados y campanarios aparentemente interminables, un comedor separado para ocho personas y una cocina completamente equipada / sala de desayunos con encimeras de granito gris granito, vistas al Gran Canal y todos los electrodomésticos que uno podría desear, incluyendo una nevera grande con máquina de hielo, microondas y numerosas cafeteras para nombrar solo algunas.

    Hay tres elegantes habitaciones: una hermosa habitación principal con una cama doble y ventanas francesas que se abren a una terraza privada con fascinantes vistas del Gran Canal para desvanecerse (¡increíblemente romántico!) y su propio cuarto de baño con bañera, un segundo dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio con vistas hacia el Puente de la Academia y la Colección Peggy Guggenheim (de nuevo con un cuarto de baño con bañera), un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales (que se puede convertir en una una doble (consulte al hacer la reserva) y un cuarto de baño privado con bañera y ducha. Excellent hosts who readily agreed to ship me something I had left behind. Love that the check-out procedures were a breeze. Fantastic canal view. Prime video subscription on TV so we could watch NBA. Loved having four bathrooms. Good AC. Responsive hosts. Water taxi dock was great. Close to three good vaporetto stops. We loved Venice and most of the reason was having such a nice apartment. Would have liked more comfortable seating in the living room. A few more dish towels in the kitchen. The shower we all used off the hall had bad water pressure if you wanted it hot.

The penthouse apartment in Venice is a true gem. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, it provides a serene retreat while being just steps away from some of the city’s finest restaurants, shopping, and sights. Great views, location, AC, & amenities.

‘The apartment is so well located, quiet, bright and sunny. We loved our stay. Thank you for the wonderful Venetian hospitality.’ Maybe the bathrooms could need updating soon (ideally a separate shower in main bed?) and living room furniture could be more modern and ‘loungey’. But it is still very wonderful! Thank you.

Beautiful stay

This property is amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and had great views over Venice. We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was very communicative and helpful. She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. Very helpful and a great property to stay at. I thought the location was great as well.

Glorious!

The apartment is stunning! The views, the space, the furnishings, the kitchen. All just perfect and very rare for a rental. The location, minutes from bars, restaurants, supermarket shops - and ice cream and yet so very peaceful inside. A glorious happy stay in the perfect spot. Thank you so much to Views of Venice team! Just please keep doing what you’ve been doing - this was our third stay over 25 years - and Views on Venice is just brilliant!

Fabulous views

This is such a beautiful apartment. The two terraces were used by us every morning and evening. It is close to the vaparetto and the dorsoduro is a very pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. The service from views on Venice was excellent and any minor questions or issues were addressed very quickly.

Home away from home

The apartment was perfect for our whole family. My grandsons really enjoyed the spaciousness. It was a home away from home. We even celebrated the one year birthday of one grandson. I highly recommend this apartment and Views on Venice. They went out of their way to make this a wonderful week in such a magical city. Nothing

Rachele helped to organise trips outside Venice. Enjoyed Basanno, Asolo. Guido is an excellent driver. Need a new, faster toaster. Need more high quality induction cooking pans. Induction cookers are not easy to use!

Beautiful views….

This apartment has stunning views over the Grand Canal from the master bedroom, with an additional terrace overlooking Dorsoduro from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are light and comfortable. The views are the key here though - got to be one of the best views from a kitchen window I have ever seen! Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

Perfect beautiful location

This apt is wonderful, clean, amazing views, comfortable, and spacious. The mgmt company is fantastic, accommodating, and helpful. One of the vaporetto stops is one minute away. Easy to get here on water taxi from airport or train station, easy to walk to everything, or take the water taxis. We all enjoyed our 5-day stay so much! FYI, there are about 15 stairs up from the elevator to the apt, in case mobility is an issue. Our kids had no issue with it, and many times raced up the stairs while we took the elevator. Highly recommend!

Another Great Stay in Ca'Cerchieri Terrace

The location of the apartment in Dorsoduro is excellent in terms of being on the Grand Canal, close to water bus stops (between Academia and Ce'Rezzonico), close to the Zattere and to wonderful restaurants and small local merchants around Campo San Barnaba. We also appreciate the historical nature of the building and the amazing way in which elevator, modern bathrooms, appliances and air conditioning are provided while maintaining the character of the building. Apartment is spacious with ensuite baths for each bedroom and an extra shower room lots of towels are provided as well as hairdryers. The apartment has incredible views (I think the kitchen must have the most beautiful view of any kitchen in Venice!) looking towards the bend in the Grand Canal on one side, and towards the Accademia Bridge and Salute church on the other. Both terraces are lovely with one furnished for dining (two tables and ample chairs for them) and the other smaller one perfect for sitting outside with morning coffee or evening spritz to enjoy the view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook full meals, including an induction stovetop. The air conditioning is adjustable in each room and the apartment was always comfortably cool regardless of the very hot outdoor conditions. The washer and laundry tub are handy for midtrip washing. Just a wonderful apartment, very comfortable for a short or long holiday. And once again we appreciated the warm welcome provided by Rachele! It would have been helpful to have a list of what the various wall switches in the apartment controlled (there are a lot of switches, for various lights, for the terrace awning etc) and at first we had a little trouble figuring out which switch controlled what. Some of the switches also had special features that we are not used to (like automatic dimming of lights when held, or multiple functions on the same switch). The lighting etc was very well designed and worked perfectly, it just took us a while to figure it all out!! It also would have been helpful to have instructions for the oven, just a listing of the controls and how to do normal functions like roasting or broiling is all that is needed.
