Beautiful home with very private heated pool minutes from the beach

Updated and tastefully furnished home just minutes from Florida’s out most beautiful beaches. Very private pool area. Kitchen has quartz island and countertops and is fully equipped, including air fryer. Breakfast nook overlooks the heated pool. Split floor plan gives you privacy as guest room has en-suite bath with walk in shower. Primary bedroom has working fireplace and French doors to pool with new porcelain-tiled lanai. Primary bath has deep jetted tub and two grab bars. Large capacity washer and dryer in laundry area off kitchen. TVs in all bedrooms and living room offer all the streaming channels. Beautiful original art throughout home. Kayaks, bikes, tennis rackets provided. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood is great for walking.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to everything we enjoy each time we go to Venice! Booking, check in, and check out was beyond easy. This home has plenty of room, a great pool (perfect temp at all times), huge master bedroom, and a large kitchen. We enjoyed our time and hope to stay again.

Our host was accommodating and let us check in very early. The home was such a relaxing reprieve. The pool was perfect even in late November. Perfect location for bike rides and beach exploring.

After experiencing the first hurricane last year, decided to stay a bit inland this time, figured a pool would be a plus. Very clean, well set up, spacious home that felt like HOME. The nice, warm pool was perfect for the evenings after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend. Hope it's still available next year!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The host was very fast to answer us and help out with minor problem at residence. The home itself is beautiful and exactly as listed. Pool so refreshing and we enjoyed dining out next to it. Highly recommend this fantastic home. We give it a 10 out of 10!!

Lovely home, perfect location!

Owner was easily accessible and kept us well informed. Home was as stated, clean and very roomy. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice that it was so private. The location was very close to several nearby beaches. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay and we found many of things to do in the area despite the weather. 6 cinema movie theater is a five minute drive. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores and Walmart all within 5 miles. Neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe.The kitchen was very nice and was stocked with plenty of items to make cooking meals easy.We would definitely book again when visiting Venice.

Florida vacation April 25

The house and the pool were great. The communication with the landlady was also very good. The details were as described in the advertisement. It was a 10 minute drive to one of the great beaches. The house and is definitely recommended! Many thanks to the landlady for a great Florida vacation in her house!

The house was as described, kitchen and a nice set up of utensils and appliances to serve your needs. The most important part for me was the beds were comfortable!! Christine was very helpful and answered my emails swiftly. I would highly recommend staying here

We had an incredibly enjoyable and relaxing time here in Venice. The house was everything we had hoped for and then some. Christine, our host, was absolutely wonderful to work with and we can’t wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The home was well appointed. The owner was very responsive to our questions and comments. The pool was lovely. One of the 2 guest bedroom beds was not very comfortable. But, overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great house

This house was perfect for us (3 adults). When we arrived we had no problem getting in. House keeping got dates messed up so the house was not ready.But when I messaged the host she called me back instantly. She was surprised and sorry. But within no time the cleaners were there. We went for an evening beach walk came back and they were finishing up. The cleaning lady also was the nicest person. Place was great I definitely would love to stay again. Thank you for everything 😊

Wonderful house

We stayed here at the end of May. The house was exactly as described. There were four of us with plenty of room to move throughout. Having a pool within feet from the back door was a dream. The water was a perfect temperature, even when we got in the pool in the early morning or late in the evening. The kitchen was very well stocked. There wasn’t anything that we needed that we didn't have access to. Having a grill out back was nice to cook and then eat by the pool in the cool breeze in the evenings with the screen-in area and not having to worry about mosquitos flies. The house is close to anything you need, gas, grocery stores, etc. The house is a few blocks from a busier road, but you would never know it. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with Christine, the home owner, was always quick and responsive. We had no issues. If we go to Venice again, this will be the place we stay. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay, almost 10/10

The house was as depicted in VRBO. Comfy beds, extra large primary bdrm. Location 10mins from Manasota beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed pool time in the morning and beach time in the afternoon. Several glitches were addressed quickly by Christine, but the accumulation (dishwasher, TV, pool temp, dates, reverse osmosis system) dropped my rating to 9/10.

Wonder Mid Century Modern Beach Bungalo

This house was perfect for out family of shark tooth hunters! The house was bright and beachy with a vintage mod feel. We were 10 minutes from downtown Venice restaurants and 15 minutes from multiple beaches. We loved the pool every afternoon after a day on the beach! Will definitely stay again.
