"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good."

"We have stayed at this property before and sadly over the past couple of years the quality of service and the condition of the property have gone downhill. It took us almost an hour to check-in to our rooms and we were a little disturbed that the side door was unlocked all day and at night. No key card was needed to access that door. I am unsure we will chose to stay again."

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air...

"Was a great stay right next to the University of Dayton and not far from most everything else. Several pools and a nice gym. Get a room on the sixth floor if you can. Restaurant is really nice."

"TV did not work complained several times to front desk never got it fixed nor did they offer to switch me to a different room. Had only been checked in an hour when asked to be refunded and was told they couldn’t because it had been 2 hours when I know for a fact it had barely been an hour. Was late checking in and room was cancelled for a no show even though money had been taken and did not give me a refund after been charged for 2 nights"

"The property was newer and well maintained. The staff was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately , they do not enforce a NO Smoking ban in the hotel. As we entered the hotel the smell of cigarette smoke was prominent. Our room also smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Please remove no smoking rooms from your room ads"
